Privacy Notice

PropFiled is a product of PREDICTAOPS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, incorporated in India on 25 July 2026, CIN U62011TZ2026PTC040116, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This notice is issued by the company for the PropFiled waitlist site.

The waitlist form collects exactly these fields:

• Name — required.
• Email address — required.
• WhatsApp number — optional.
• Role (the “You are a…” field) — required. Options: Bank / NBFC, Real estate, Advocate, Individual, or Other.

You can join without providing a WhatsApp number.

We use these details to manage the waitlist and contact you about PropFiled early access. This includes recording your signup, sending a welcome email suited to your selected role, and notifying our team of your signup. If you provide a WhatsApp number, we may use it to contact you about early access.

The site's waitlist and hosting setup uses these services:

• Lovable hosting — serves the PropFiled website and its media.
• Lovable Cloud — stores waitlist records and runs the signup-notification processing.
• Lovable Connector Gateway — passes notification and email requests to Telegram and Google Mail.
• Telegram — receives an internal signup alert containing your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number and selected role.
• Google Mail (Gmail) — sends a welcome email to your submitted email address. The message uses your name and is selected based on your role.

We handle your information in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. Most obligations and rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the Act) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 come into force on 13 May 2027; we are aligning with them now and will update this notice as they take effect.

You may:

• Request a summary of your personal data being processed and the processing activities, and the identities of the other Data Fiduciaries and Data Processors with whom it has been shared, as provided by the Act.
• Request correction, completion or updating of your personal data, and erasure subject to applicable legal requirements.
• Withdraw consent for processing and ask to leave the waitlist. To withdraw consent as easily as you gave it, email hello@predictaops.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Leave waitlist”, and include the email address you used to sign up. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
• Seek grievance redressal and, where applicable, approach the Data Protection Board of India after exhausting the available grievance process.
• Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, as provided by the Act.

Once the relevant DPDP provisions are in force, if you are not satisfied with our response to a grievance, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India in the manner it prescribes.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, or where required by law or by a government agency authorised by law.

We use reasonable security practices, relying on the access controls and security of the service providers listed above, and limit access to waitlist data to people who need it to run the waitlist.

Some of these service providers may store or process data outside India.

We keep waitlist data until PropFiled launches and for 12 months after launch, and then delete it. If you ask to leave the waitlist earlier, we delete your entry sooner.

The waitlist is intended for professionals and adults. Please do not sign up if you are under 18.

We may update this notice from time to time. When we change it, we will update the effective date on this page.
